Return Policy

We like to keep things simple. PetWorks will give you a full refund or exchange on any product you buy in the store that is unopened or in its original packaging. If it can go back on the shelf to be resold, all is good. If the product was damaged at the time of purchase, we will replace it immediately upon the return of the damaged product.

If you try a new food purchased from PetWorks and your dog or cat refuses to eat it or it is otherwise unsuitable, within two week of the purchase date we will exchange it's full value toward the purchase of another formula or brand of cat or dog food. You must return the largely uneaten bag of food to the store.

We think this covers most returns in a reasonable and convenient manner.
